music is so compelling.
it tells great stories.
if only others could speak that same language.
if only people could read the scores, those lines and dots.
if only they knew what the swinging of the stick and seemingly comical facial expressions meant.
art music is a lonely realm.
few speak it.
well, leaving in 9 hours for fuzhou.

past few days were out of school...
great fun! haha great bunch of people haha... NGEE!
played for tharman and friends.
anyway, jason, THIS IS CARL! eating some strange salad.
and he wouldnt let me post that picture unless i posted this as well... great ensemble skill. watching the first violin for cues.
one of the quartets... bryan zab me and josh............... and the next with carl and ame....
and chris who was taking most of the photos....
